makers Marketplace Vendors

If you handmake your work, this is your spot. The Makers Marketplace features artists who bring one-of-a-kind goods to the Festival each year… it's a great space to display and demonstrate your craft!

General Merchants Shops on Church

If you sell great goods or services but do not make them by hand, this is your spot. The General Merchants area features vendors with unique, curated, or creative merchandise or business services that adds character and energy to the Festival. Examples might be tin booth photography, vintage re-sell store, face painting, etc.

Food Trucks/Vendors

If you serve great food from a truck, cart, or booth, this is your spot. The Festival welcomes a wide range of cuisines and creative menus that keep our crowds well fed throughout the weekend. Prior to applications opening, you can complete our interest form to be added to our email list and notified as soon as applications go live.

  • Application fee: $40, reviewed by a panel of jurors.

  • Applications open January 15, 2026 and close February 28, 2026.

  • Notification by April 15, 2026.

If you represent a larger company and want to showcase your brand at the Festival, this is your spot. Exhibitor placement is available through our sponsorship program.

nonprofit form

Nonprofits

If space allows, we welcome nonprofits and community partners who help connect Festival audiences with meaningful local work. Use the interest form to let us know if you would like to be considered for any available spaces.

  • Booth fee: $100 if you provide your own tent and weights or $400 if NCFF provides a tent.

  • Timeline: Submit your interest form now. Nonprofits will be contacted in June, July, or August.
